Electricity supply restored in all villages affected by the recent floods

Starting today, residents of the flood-damaged villages in the region of Karlovo can be immunized against tetanus, diphtheria and whooping cough if they wish. Health authorities warn that floods can bring various infections. Meanwhile, the cleaning of river beds, streets and private yards, as well as the disinfection of houses in Bogdan, Karavelovo and Slatina, continues.

Electricity has already been restored in all affected villages and water supply has been partially restored. The village of Bogdan is still without water supply, as the old network is almost completely destroyed. The water in the entire municipality of Karlovo continues to be unsuitable for drinking and cooking.
