Meetings with Queen Elizabeth II remain an unforgettable memory of wisdom, benevolence and the amazing way in which she brought the lessons of the past to the challenges of today. This was stated by President Rumen Radev to journalists in London. The Bulgarian president is in the capital of the United Kingdom, where he participated in the mourning ceremony for the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II.

According to Radev, it is no coincidence that even after her death, the queen continues to unite her compatriots.

The Bulgarian head of state expressed confidence that the new monarch King Charles III will continue the worthy work of his mother.
