"The decline of trust in our party can be seen at national and local level. The chair of the party is the one responsible." This is what Mikhail Liskov, chairman of BSP-Harmanli, told BNR and called for convening of the party's congress by the end of the year and for the resignation of party leader, Kornelia Ninova.
