Interested municipalities and mayors should show more interest in the Pan-European Corridor No. 9 Stockholm - Alexandroupoli in order to work on its completion. Yancho Yanev, chairman of the Haskovo Chamber of Commerce and Industry, expressed this opinion to BNR-Radio Kardzhali. According to him, the project has been presented in Greece, Romania, and Poland.

"It depends on starting somewhere as a start. If the line between Bulgaria and Greece, which is the straightest, is completed, I think that many of the companies that have cargo will orientate themselves along this corridor," Yanev commented.
