The MPs rejected the declaration proposed by "We Continue the Change" party which demanded that the caretaker cabinet submit a draft budget for 2023. Only "Democratic Bulgaria", the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) and "We Continue the Change" voted in favor.
During the four-hour debate, the lawmakers exchanged many sharp remarks. "Business is unable to plan its activities.
