“The weapons Bulgaria is sending Ukraine are for training soldiers in other countries,” caretaker PM Galab Donev said in an interview with bTV, and added that the decision of the National Assembly to send Ukraine military and military-technical aid does not mean it is going to receive weapons they can use at the front.

In the words of Galab Donev, they are intended for military training of Ukrainian servicemen conducted in other countries which are members of the EU and NATO. Galab Donev stated that this is what Ukraine had asked for.
