Two regular flights per week will start from January 21, 2023 between Plovdiv Airport and Sabiha Gökçen Airport in Istanbul, the Bulgarian Embassy in Turkey announced on its Facebook page.

The flights will be operated by the Turkish low-cost airline Pegasus Airlines

The affordable ticket prices and the short travel time will enable more Bulgarian and Turkish citizens to take advantage of the new convenient transport connection and will encourage tourism and business exchange in both directions, the embassy notes.
