With 166 votes "for" and 48 votes "against", the Bulgarian National Assembly adopted at second reading the decision to send military aid to Ukraine. MPs of "Vazrazhdane" and BSP voted against the decision.
Defense Minister Dimitar Stoyanov said that Bulgaria has no abilities to provide heavy weaponry, just small arms and ammunition.
