Bulgaria reports 6 Covid-related deaths in past day

89 new cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in Bulgaria in the past 24 hours out of 1,208 tests performed, 28 down on the previous day. 7.3% of the tests returned positive result, Single Coronavirus Information Portal data show. More than 67.4% of the new Covid-19 cases are among the unvaccinated. The number of new cases increased with 38 to 3,866.

28 people have been hospitalized in the past day. 15% of them, or 51.72% were not inoculated against Covid-19. 340 patients with an established coronavirus infection are being treated in hospital, as 36 are in intensive care units. 

6 Covid-related deaths have been registered in the past 24 hours. 45 people have been reported cured.

10 vaccine doses were administered on Monday.
