The parliamentary forces may not have high hopes for the new caretaker cabinet, which has only one change of minister, but they do have their expectations.
The co-chair of We Continue the Change Kiril Petkov expects the government to organise fair elections, which he says is even more challenging with the reintroduction of paper ballots.

One of the leaders of Democratic Bulgaria, Atanas Atanasov, hopes the cabinet will not change the country's foreign policy course regarding the war in Ukraine.

Kostadin Kostadinov, chairman of Vazrazhdane, has no high expectations of the incoming caretaker cabinet, but asks why this government has been trying all along to force the process of joining the eurozone when it has no mandate to do so.

Lyuben Dilov from the GERB parliamentary group commented on the outgoing cabinet. "They did their job well in these difficult conditions".
Yordan Tsonev of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms also gave a good assessment of the government's performance, adding "There are always flaws, but who is infallible?"

Georgi Gyokov of the Bulgarian Socialist Party expects the new government to work harder for the benefit of the people, saying that "caretaker cabinets are not a good thing for Bulgaria".
