Bulgaria expresses sympathy with the people of Turkiye and Syria, flies the national flag at half-mast

Caretaker Premier Galab Donev has made an appeal to the state institutions to express sympathy with the people of Turkiye and Syria by flying the Bulgarian national flag at half-mast on February 10, 2023. The appeal of Bulgaria’s Premier is in connection with the devastating earthquakes that hit a number of regions in Southeastern Turkiye and Northwestern Syria, and the seven-day national mourning declared in Turkiye.
