The 27th edition of Sofia Film Fest will open tonight with the documentary “The Forest Maker” by the legendary German filmmaker Volker Schlöndorff, Oscar and Palme d'Or winner at Cannes. He will be welcomed on a green carpet, as this year the festival embraces the green idea. Volker Schlöndorff will also plant the first tree in the Sofia Film Fest forest.
