Bulgarian cavers descended to minus 1,316 m in a cave in Italy

Three Bulgarians have entered for the first time the cave "W Le Donne", which is located in the massif of Grigna, province of Lecco, northern Italy. It is a cave system consisting of 18 passages. It is almost 30 km long and 1,316 m deep, with great potential to continue downwards. The expedition of the club Pod Raba ("Under the Edge") are currently travelling to Bulgaria. They are Dimitar Genov, Pavlin Dimitrov and Tsvetan Kosturkov, and their host was the Italian speleologist Fabio Bollini, reports Tanya Ivanova - the extreme sports reporter of BNR.
