114 detained for election offences, Interior Minister says

133 pre-trial proceedings have been initiated and 114 people have been detained for violation of citizens' electoral rights, Minister of the Interior Ivan Demerdziev told reporters. According to the caretaker minister, attempts to manipulate the vote have increased, with a 100 per cent rise in pre-trial proceedings and a 50 per cent rise in arrests.
