Video surveillance in 1000 polling stations not pre-tested

Ministry of e-Government has informed CEC by letter

In nearly 1,000 polling stations yesterday no test was conducted to connect to the video surveillance platform, for which the Ministry of e-Government has informed the Central Election Commission by letter. 
According to CEC, just over 591,000 people voted across the country. By 11 am, the turnout for the three multi-mandate constituencies of Sofia - 23rd and 24th and 25th - was 8.33%; 6.75% and 8.95% respectively.
In Kardzhali the turnout was 6.45%, in Vidin - 12.8% and in Silistra 10.7%.
