The Romanian authorities are launching an attachment procedure for the Bulgarian ships detained in Constanta, Romania.
The fishermen detained along with the ships in Romania, and later released, have to appear there on 5 April, bTV reports.
“It is not clear how long the ships will be detained in Romania.
