According to classified military documents from 23 February leaked online, the war in Ukraine will continue in 2024, Russia will not be able to conquer Donbas. The fighting in 2023 will end with insignificant gains on both sides due to an insufficient operational troops and munition quality.

The leaked Pentagon documents suggest the US is worried by Ukrainian strikes against Russian territory and possibly even Moscow because of the impact they would have on China’s position regarding the war.

World news outlets reiterate the authenticity of the papers cannot be independently verified.
