If a regular cabinet is not formed by the end of April, the caretaker government will submit a draft budget for 2023 to the parliament, caretaker Prime Minister Galab Donev said.

Commenting on the words of GERB leader, Boyko Borisov, that the caretaker cabinet should be voted by the parliament as a regular one if no regular government was formed, Donev said that he would not accept to participate in a regular cabinet and called on the political parties to form a broad governing coalition to work effectively on solving the problems of Bulgarian citizens.
