On Friday, the lowest temperatures in Bulgaria will be between 4 and 9°C, in Sofia – about 4°C. It will be cloudy during the day. Before noon clouds over the western regions of Bulgaria will break, but in the afternoon there will be rain showers over the whole country. The highest temperatures will be between 15 and 20°C. It will be 15°C in the capital city.
At the Black Sea coast it will be cloudy with precipitation. The highest temperatures will be between 14 and 15°C. Sea water temperature is 11°C.
It will be rainy in the mountains in the afternoon. At an altitude above 1800 m, the rain will turn to snow. The highest temperature at 1200 m will be 8°C, at 2000 m - up to 2°C.

It will be 15°C in Paris and 21°C in Berlin. In Moscow the temperature will reach 15°C; in Madrid it will be 25°C, in Rome – about 22°C. In Athens it will be 21°C. It will be 17° in Bucharest and 16° in Istanbul.
In New York and Montreal it will be 8°C and 1°C, respectively; in Vancouver and in Chicago it will be 6 and 18°C. About 14°C is expected in Los Angeles, 24°C and 16°C in Miami and Mexico City; 11°C and 23°C in Buenos Aires and Rio de Janeiro. It will be 30° in Dubai, 16 °C in Jerusalem and 25°C in Tehran.
