In the early hours of May 9, Russia fired 15 missiles against Kyiv that were shot down, the mayor of the Ukrainian capital, Vitali Klitschko, announced on Telegram. A total of 25 missiles were launched against Ukraine, as 23 of them were shot down, the Ukrainian commander-in-chief, Gen. Valery Zaluzhny said.

He added that he had already visited 15 military enterprises in 13 countries, including Bulgaria, to check their capacity and what they need to increase and accelerate their production.
