Weather forecast: Orange alert for dangerous rain in 15 regions, yellow alert for another 6

On Saturday there will be clouds and rain in the morning in Southwestern Bulgaria, and in the afternoon – in the Northeastern regions. There will be occasional rain with thunderstorms in Western and in Central Bulgaria. In the Western regions the rain is expected to reach 40 litres per sq. m. No rain is in the forecast for the Easternmost parts. Minimum temperatures 14-20° C., for Sofia 14° C. Maximum temperatures will range from 17-18° C., in the West, to 28° C., in the Southeast, for Sofia 17° C.

Over the Black Sea coast there will be scattered clouds in the morning, in the afternoon the clouds over will be significant. There will be occasional rain in some parts. Maximum temperature 23-25° C., temperature of the sea water 21-24° C, sea state 2-3.

Over the mountains in the Western regions of the country there will be heavy rain. Temperature at an altitude of 1,200 m. 17° C., at 2,000 m. 10° C.

On Sunday there will be rain across the entire territory of the country.
