"Lukoil Neftohim Burgas" announced that it would go to court to protect its business reputation. The position is in response to what was said by the co-chairman of the PP, Kiril Petkov, that a proposal "to bring back the control of Rosenets port" would be submitted.

The concessionaire company stated that all publicly made accusations of smuggling and other violations on the territory of the port did not correspond to reality. The concession contract was concluded in 2011 for a period of 35 years, the company recalls, stating that the state carries out daily control.

Minister of Economy, Bogdan Bogdanov, said that an investigation is underway as to what funds the company contributed to the Electricity System Security Fund. According to a decision of the previous parliament, it must transfer every month 70% of the price difference between Brent crude oil and Russia's cheaper Urals oil.
