The cabinet has a governance program until the end of 2024, Prime Minister Nikolai Denkov said at the "Government Meets the Business" forum. Denkov added that work was being done to launch delayed reforms in the spheres of justice, administration and education. Bulgaria's goals also include entry in Schengen and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. The modernization of the Bulgarian economy is the third priority that Denkov pointed out.

"We need to increase the confidence internationally because investors are interested in that. We need to stabilize the political system, as all investors are currently saying that political instability is a problem for them," the prime minister said. He added that the decisions of the parties of the parliamentary majority behind the cabinet were being taken by consensus.
