Prime Minister Nikolai Denkov has sent a written response requested by MPs Boyko Borissov and Delyan Peevski regarding the agreement with energy workers, BTA informs. According to co-chairman of the parliamentary group of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms, Delyan Peevski, the government's active work in implementing each of the points of the agreement continues in close cooperation with social partners. In his statement, published by the press center of the party, Peevski adds that in order to achieve full transparency and awareness of the parties as guarantors of its implementation, the Prime Minister's answer will be sent to all participants in the meeting in the National Assembly and they will be expected to comment and evaluate the implementation progress.

We recall that the agreement reached on October 3 between the Prime Minister, members of the Council of Ministers, MPs and representatives of CITUB in the energy sector was supported in plenary hall. Podkrepa trade union, however, refused to sign it and warned of future strike actions. The decision includes the development of a project for Bulgaria's energy strategy until 2030 with a horizon until 2050 and with the participation of social partners, as well as the process of updating the Integrated Energy and Climate Plan.
