The Center for the Study of Democracy points out two cargoes - 265,000 tons of diesel fuel delivered to the port of Rotterdam, and another cargo that reached Florida. According to the refinery, it did not have enough space to store the fuel. During the first 9 months of the year, the refinery in Burgas processed 4.5 million tons of Russian crude oil.
