The Parliament did not gather a quorum for work this morning. The next parliamentary sitting is scheduled for November 22. Until then, the re-voting of the motion of no confidence in the office of Prime Minister Nikolay Denkov, on the subject of national security and defense, remains pending.

GERB leader Boyko Borissov commented that GERB-SDS are not the ones who will ensure the quorum. "How is it that because of this oil waste and this money, they are ready for the government to fall and to gather with the supposed opposition parties "Vazrazhdane", "There is Such a People" and the Bulgarian Socialist Party? We support the cabinet if it does the right things, Borissov said.

Meanwhile, the newly elected mayor of Sofia, Vasil Terziev, requested in a letter to Borissov a meeting to discuss priority policies and projects for the development of Sofia, announced the national coordinator of GERB, Nikola Nikolov.
