Bulgaria’s has granted a permission for a plane with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov to fly through its airspace, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said. Sergey Lavrov will take part at the 30th Ministerial Council of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe which will take place on November 30 and December 1 in Skopje.
