He criticized the Ministry of Defense for delaying the transportation of 100 armored personnel carriers to Ukraine. Mirchev announced that the National Council of "Yes, Bulgaria" decided to request a report in Parliament from the Ministry of Defense regarding the undelivered aid to Ukraine. Ivaylo Mirchev said that the delay occurred even though partner countries provided funds for transportation.
