The procedure for transporting Bulgaria’s superfluous armoured personnel carriers has been completed.
The vehicles have been rounded up and are in Sofia. The financing is 100% external, but that is delaying delivery. Internal national financing is also being discussed at the Ministry so as to speed up the procedure.
