On February 23-24, 2024, the informal meeting of the Economic and Financial Affairs Council (ECOFIN) takes place in Ghent, Belgium. At the meeting, ministers discuss the future of the European Investment Bank, as well as the development of capital markets in the EU from the perspective of retail investor participation in financial markets and financial literacy.
