A government can be formed by the parties in the 50th National Assembly, excluding GERB-SDS and DPS, with the mandate of "Vazrazhdane", as that is a total of 125 votes, Kostadin Kostadinov, leader of "Vazrazhdane", has told BNR. According to him, if a government with the mandate of GERB was not formed, there would be two options - "either a cabinet with the mandate of Vazrazhdane or new elections".
He defined GERB and DPS as "parties - Siamese twins", which represented a huge problem for the functioning of the political system in the country.
