Bulgaria sends €50 000 in flood relief to Bosnia and Herzegovina

The Council of Ministers has approved the allocation of €50 000 in humanitarian aid to Bosnia and Herzegovina to meet the most urgent humanitarian needs of the population following the devastating floods on 4 October. 

The funds will be provided from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Official Development Assistance and Humanitarian Aid budget. "Bulgaria's provision of emergency humanitarian assistance in response to the appeal by the Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina is an act of commitment that confirms the traditionally good relations between the two countries," the Council of Ministers said.
