Environmental activist Greta Thunberg visits Sofia for unknown reason

Swedish environmental activist Greta Thunberg arrived in Sofia by train, eyewitnesses report on social media. Thunberg was spotted walking along Sofia’s Dondukov Boulevard on Sunday afternoon. 

The first to report on Thunberg's visit to Bulgaria was entrepreneur Harry Anichkin who shared a photo with her. "Greta Thunberg on Dondukov and Budapest boulevards! I can't believe it! Very cheerful and friendly – Just visiting'!", Anichkin informed, attaching a selfie with the young eco-activist as proof.

The news was spread by many Bulgarian media outlets, including the Nova TV and trud.bg.
