Bulgarian craftsmen and their guest colleagues from Serbia and Macedonia gave the start of the 5th consecutive edition of the traditional Spring Craft Fair in Plovdiv. This year a total of twenty five crafts are presented at the fair. An open air woodcarving demonstration will be made at the spring fair, too. Food manufacturers united around the idea to promote original and organic food recipes typical of the local Bulgarian cuisine will present their produce at the event for the first time. The Spring Craft Fair which was revived in the recent years by the Regional Craftsmen Chamber is among the most-favorite events for Plovdiv’s citizens. The fair is one of the tourist attractions which accompanies this year the traditional Meeting of Tour Operators in Plovdiv.
