Bulgaria’s education does not fully meet the needs of the local economy, EU Commissioner for Budget and Human Resources Kristalina Georgieva told media during her visit to the town of Elena on Saturday. There are many people with university degree in Bulgaria who are struggling to find a job or stay jobless. Bulgaria places second in the EU after Belgium with regard to the disproportion between demand and supply on the labor market. 14% of the university graduates can not find a job.
