Gourmet Publishing, who are organizers of the first ever in Bulgaria Craft Beer Taste event, rely on similarities between craft-brewing and making good wine. The forum takes place on December 15 in Sofia.
The event is indicative of the development of beer culture in this country in recent years. Importers of products by the world's best breweries and almost all Bulgarian craft brewers take part in it. A common feature between them in addition to the supreme quality of beer they produce is the average age of brewers - between 30 and 40 years.
