Unemployment in Bulgaria falls to 7.1% in May

In March 2017 unemployment rate in Bulgaria fell with 0.5% to 7.1% as compared to April, Bulgaria’s National Employment Agency announced. The number of available job positions on the primary market rose with 6.3% year on year. In May the highest number of available jobs offered by the country’s employment offices was in the hospitality business. Most available job positions for people with university degree were for teachers, lecturers, engineers, medics and economic specialists.
