The football team of Lokomotiv Plovdiv won the Bulgarian Cup for the first time in its history after winning 1:0 against its big rival Botev Plovdiv at the final. The game was played in front of some 20,000 spectators at the National Stadium "Vasil Levski" in Sofia.
