According to the proposal published on the web site of the Bulgarian Ministry of Defense, the citizens are urged to benefit from the tourism opportunities in Bulgaria. On the other hand, tour operators, hotel owners and companies offering tourist services along the Bulgarian Black Sea coast and in the Bulgarian mountains are urged to offer as favorable conditions for Bulgarian tourists as possible through special tourist packages “from Bulgarians for Bulgarians”.
