981 men and 1,042 women are all registered coronavirus patients in Bulgaria

2023 is the total number of confirmed cases of Covid-19 in Bulgaria. This is shown by data of the National Crisis Headquarters as of 5 pm on May 12. Today, 19 more new cases have been proven: 3 in Blagoevgrad, 3 in Pernik and 13 in Sofia.

365 are the persons with confirmed Covid-19 infection who have been hospitalized in medical establishments. 51 out of them are in intensive care units.

Medical staff with confirmed coronavirus infection are 218 or 11% of all identified cases of COVID-19.

981 of the registered cases of coronavirus infection in Bulgaria are among men and 1042 among women. A total of 95 people died so far from the infection. 476 have recovered.
