European cultural institutes and embassies part of the EUNIC Global network (European Union National Institutes for Culture) have joined forces in the #CultureConnectsEurope initiative. It brought together prominent intellectuals, artists, writers, poets, musicians and directors from various European countries, who shared their thoughts on the situation in Europe today. "At a time when we are creating borders between each other because of the coronavirus pandemic, cultural integration through arts, languages, education and science is more important than ever," the organizers of the initiative say. Among the Bulgarian artists who shared their thoughts on the page #CultureConnectsEurope are artist Yanko Tihov, director Galin Stoev - director of the theater in the French city of Toulouse / Théâtre de la Cité of Toulouse, writer Kapka Kassabova, translator Dimana Ivanova and Nayo Titzin, director of the Master of Art festival.
