Bulgarian Prime Minister checks construction of Hemus highway as birthday present

On his 61st birthday, Prime Minister Boyko Borissov inspected the construction of a new section of the Hemus highway. He was accompanied by Finance Minister Vladislav Goranov and Deputy Minister of Regional Development Nikolay Nankov.

"This is the best present for my birthday. I want all Bulgarians to see how the construction of Hemus is going, how the rocks are being broken and how the highway is being built," Borissov wrote on his Facebook page and uploaded videos from the visit.
