Former Prime Minister of North Macedonia Lyubcho Georgievski will arrive in Sofia on an explanatory mission in the coming days. The news was reported by BNT, quoting Skopje's ALSAT-M.
Georgievski's visit is aimed at clarifying Skopje's position on bilateral issues. According to him, Skopje has done very little for closing distance with Bulgaria in the past 30 years. This visit will help Bulgaria properly assess the current behavior of North Macedonia's top leaders.
"Our Prime Minister Zoran Zaev says that Gotse Delchev is a common revolutionary of both Macedonia and Bulgaria. Three years ago, no one in North Macedonia dared to say that," Georgievski said.
