There are grounds for holding negotiations with Gazprom in order for Bulgaria to receive better conditions for the purchase of natural gas, chairman of the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission Ivan Ivanov said in parliament. Ivan Ivanov recalled that the project had been delayed by 5 or 6 years and expressed doubts that the gas link would be completed by the end of 2021.
