Bulgaria reports 28 new Covid-19 cases

28 new Covid-19 cases have been reported out of 6,500 tests performed in Bulgaria in the past 24 hours, a positivity rate of 0.4%, Single Coronavirus  Information Portal data show.

1,561 coronavirus patients are being treated in hospital, 196 of them in intensive care. One person has died, 15 have recovered in the past day. In 17 regions of the country no new Covid-19 infections have been reported.

3,107 doses of vaccine have been administered over the past 24 hours, bringing the vaccination tally to 1,725,000. The number of fully vaccinated people in the country is 785,000.
