Bulgaria reports no coronavirus deaths in past 24 hours

Bulgaria has registered 19 new cases of Covid-19 in the country for the past 24 hours. This is 0.49% of the 3,900 tests performed, according to the National Coronavirus Information Portal. There are 16 districts without new cases. In other areas, the number of new infections is between one and three per day.

The number of active cases is 8,588. There are currently 1,245 patients in hospital as 152 of them are treated in intensive care units. 

No coronavirus deaths were reported in the past 24 hours. 92 people were reported cured.

Only 2,157 persons got vaccinated on Sunday. With them, the total number of administered doses are 1,791,061. 820,975 people have completed immunization. 

From July 5, Sofia Municipality accepts applications from companies with at least 50 employees who wish to be vaccinated and a vaccination team will be sent on site.
