Weather remains sunny with afternoon rain showers

It will be mostly sunny on Thursday. Temporary clouds and short rainfalls are expected over eastern Bulgaria. In the afternoon, summer showers are expected all over the country. The highest temperatures in northeastern Bulgaria and along the Black Sea coast will reach 26C°. In the southwestern regions of Bulgaria the temperatures will reach 36 °. In Sofia the highest temperature will be 29 °.

At the Black Sea coast, moderate wind from the northeast will keep temperatures lower. In Burgas and Sunny Beach temperature will reach 26 °. Along the rest of the coast temperatures will vary from a minimum of 21° to a maximum of 25 °. Temperature of the sea water is 22 ° -24°.

Weather over the mountains will be mostly sunny with afternoon rain showers expected. The highest temperature at 1200 meters will be 23°, at 2000 meters - about 16 °. In the resorts of Borovets and Pamporovo the temperature will reach 23 °, while in Bansko and Dobrinishte the temperature will be up to 29C°.
