Experts expect fourth coronavirus wave

For 10 days there has been a gradual increase in the number of infected and this fuels expectations for a fourth coronavirus wave, TV Prof. Ilko Getov, Bulgaria's representative in the European Medicines Agency has told Nova TV.

Mathematical predictions are also clear, he added, wishing the wave would be delayed so we could to catch up with vaccination. According to him, nearly 40% of people have some protection against Covid-19, but its term of action must be taken into account.

Prof. Ilko Getov recommended that all children with risk factors, hereditary and chronic diseases be vaccinated. As of yesterday immunization of children over 12 years of age with the "Moderna" vaccine is allowed.
