New entry rules in force on August 4

On Wednesday, August 4, the Netherlands, Tunisia and Kuwait leave the red coronavirus zone and are included in the list of countries part of the orange zone. This is done with a change in the list of countries by colour zones, according to which the order of entry into Bulgaria is determined. 

Luxembourg has been moved from the orange to the green zone, but the Principality of Monaco now falls into the red zone. This has become clear by an order of the Minister of Health Stoycho Katsarov.
