Today the weather will be sunny and hot with maximum temperatures reaching 31°-36 degrees C.

Along the Black Sea coastline there will be a light to moderate wind with daytime highs reaching 27°-30° C. Temperature of the sea water 27° C.

Over the mountains there will be sun, with maximum temperatures at 1,200 m. above sea level – around 25° C., at 2,000 m. – around 18° C.

At the beginning of the work week the weather will continue sunny. There will be cumulus clouds on Tuesday afternoon over the mountains in Western Bulgaria where occasional rain is in the forecast. Temperatures will begin to rise, reaching a maximum on Tuesday of 34° - 39° C.

On Wednesday and Thursday cooler air will flow in from the Northwest. In Western and Central Bulgaria there will be brief showers and thunderstorms, in the Eastern parts of the country temperatures will remain high and, for most of the day, sunny.
